There are three concept home plans for this three lot sub-division. Builder will work with customer to formalize an exact plan and there is an architect available to develop custom plans.

Documents in hand - septic design, subdivision approval, land survey, topo map, order of conditions. Any eventual residential building will require additional Planning Board/Con Com review & approval.
